2. HTTP Error 404.17 

i)Navigate to the path where ServiceModelReg exe is stored

(Eg.-C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v3.0\Windows Communication Foundation)

ii)Run the command

                          ServiceModelReg.exe -i -x
